Polesword
Sweat beaded, translucent, on the back of my neck. The collar of my armor imprinted itself on my skin, chafing and bruising more with each mile we traveled. The polearm in my calloused hand felt secure, but its weight felt heavier with distance. When, on the country road, I saw the young farm boy playing with his sheep, I couldn’t help but remember the home I had left, the smell of grass and barley, the way they sang in the wind on those summer mornings… home. It was a distant concept now, but also, the ultimate reason to keep fighting.
This precision design is reminiscent of the Fauchard, an 11th century European broadsword that evolved from the peasant scythe. Two-thirds handle and one-third single-edged blade, this Polearm is equipped with a removable Dragon* tsuba. Molded from Calimacil foam, this safe and durable LARP Polearm will impress for years to come.
