We ship worldwide! Our shipping price varies depending on the weight of your package. This ensures that you do not pay more than the minimum rate for your order. The amount will be displayed during the payment process.

Production Time

While most items are in stock, some products and custom models will require production time. The estimated production time is included in the product description. Feel free to contact us for the production time of any specific item.

Delivery Processing Time

Below are the estimated delivery times for all standard orders, excluding a 24 – 72h processing and handling time.

Your Package

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping fees include handling, packing fees, and postage. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We advise you to group your items into one order, as we cannot group two distinct orders. Shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

Taxes and Duties

Additional customs fees and taxes may apply depending on the country or region where you reside. The buyer is responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. Dracolite cannot be held responsible for these fees, and we cannot determine their cost in advance.
