If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it in new condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned to Dracolite at the customer's expense

Customer must provide a copy of the purchase invoice

No returns accepted for custom-made items

Items must show no signs of wear

Exchanges and returns must be approved by Dracolite

Sale items are non-refundable

The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage during transport

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain items
