Warranty:

We have complete confidence in the quality of our swords. This is why we offer a one-year (365-day) limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. It does not apply to normal wear and tear caused by regular use, such as the natural deterioration of materials during combat or handling.

Note that any modification made to the product automatically voids this warranty. Similarly, damage resulting from abusive, abnormal, or non-compliant use is not covered.

Normal Use:

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear related to the natural deterioration of the foam and materials used. Any alteration or modification of the product voids the warranty. Damage caused by improper or excessive use is not covered.

Maintenance:

This sword requires no special maintenance. There is no need to apply powder, silicone, or protective layers. Its robust design allows it to be stored in a leather scabbard without risk of damaging the surface, thanks to its high resistance to friction.

We use foam without additional coating. Even if cut with a sharp knife, the foam remains intact, retaining its strength and safety. – Calimacil
