Tensho the oriental knife
This knife, inspired by Japan's Tensho period, is a reinterpretation of an ancient trowel. Unlike traditional knives, its blade was not sharp, designed primarily for breaking plaster and wood, making it a preferred tool for masons. Over time, its use evolved: Japanese tradition also recognizes it as a cold steel prized by ninjas, who used it as a throwing knife.
The Tensho knife adds an aesthetic and authentic touch to any live-action role-playing (LARP) costume. Its open pommel rings make it easy to attach to your equipment, allowing quick access during combat. Featuring a sharp black and steel blade and an ergonomic grip, it perfectly complements greatswords, enhancing your character's effectiveness in both close and ranged combat.
The characteristic edges of this blade provide a realistic and dynamic look, ideal for re-enactments and simulated combat.
IMPORTANT: Entirely made of Calimacil foam, this Tensho knife contains no internal rod, guaranteeing safe use, whether for throwing or close combat.
