Merc Breastplate

The Epic Armoury Merc Chest Plate is a leather and steel armor that covers the front and back of the wearer's torso. The front of this chest plate surrounds the wearer's neck in an inverted U-shape, with the top of the chest plate protecting the thorax before sloping around the ribcage to protect the underside of the arms. The lower edge of the chest plate is slightly rounded, allowing it to fit over the hip ridges while still covering the vulnerable pelvis. The steel plate is mounted on a black leather suit, which attaches to the leather dorsal plate at the shoulders and sides.

The Mercenary Chest Plate is designed to match Epic Armoury's Mercenary Armor, but can be used with other Epic Armoury metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your character's costume. Made from 1mm mild steel, with premium leather straps and hardware, this armor piece is designed to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular maintenance of leather and metal armor.
